Washington Mall – Upgrades Fire Detection System with VES Compas Addressable System from Selectron
Selectron are pleased to announce that we have now gone ‘live’ with the new fire detection system upgrade at Washington Mall with Phase I, Phase II and Washington Mall West all now covered by fully addressable and monitored fire detection system from VES utilizing the new Compas 8 Loop system perfectly suited to this multiple purpose building.
The all new Compas product range of fire alarm control equipment combines the very latest hardware and software to produce a control and indication system, which is powerful and sophisticated, yet simple to use and understand. The flexibility of the Compas platform is such that it can be re-configured to realize many other control and indication applications, with direct integration into intelligent buildings.
This system meets all of the 2020 standards as set out by both the NFPA and Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service with a code compliant dual path 24/7 monitored system.
