S.A.L Trading Limited Select Honeywell Silent Knight Fire Detection System
For the upgrade of their fire detection system at their satellite hardware store in Southampton Parish the management team chose Selectron and the Silent Knight 6700 fire detection system from Honeywell.
The system provides the ultimate protection for life and property. The 6700 addressable fire alarm control panel includes connected panel options, enhanced communications, wireless detection and other advanced features. The panels can be configured to achieve an overall point capacity of up to 100 points. They have one built-in signalling line circuit (SLC) and can connect up to 17 panels with convenient single point communications. Copper wire or fibre-optic cable panel connectivity can be used within the same linked system. The panels also have a built-in, dual-line POTs and IP communicator and optional cellular sidecars.

This system is monitored 24/7 by a Honeywell 2026 series LTE-CFA fire communicator that offers dual path monitoring via 4G LTE / IP to meet all 2026 code compliancy standards as set out by both the NFPA and Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service.
