Harbour House Condominium’s Choose VES Compas Fire Detection System
Selectron are pleased to announce that we have now gone live with the new VES fire detection system for Harbour House condominiums, on Cobbs Hill Road in Paget.
This new system replaces the old legacy system, and the building is now covered by a fully addressable and 24/7 emergency response monitored fire detection system from VES utilizing the new VES Compas FACP – 4 Loop, 10.25-amp system perfectly suited to this multiple level building.

The all new, Compas product range of fire alarm control equipment from VES combines the very latest hardware and software to produce a control and indication system, which is powerful and sophisticated, yet simple to use and understand. The flexibility of the Compas platform is such that it can be re-configured to realize many other control and indication applications, with direct integration into intelligent buildings and the ideal solution for replacing old legacy fire detection systems.
This system is monitored 24/7 by a Honeywell 2024-25 series HWF2A-COM fire communicator that offers dual path monitoring via 4G LTE / IP to meet all code compliancy standards as set out by both the NFPA and Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service.
